Besides Derby universal working center 220 300 and 400, F.L.M Tech propose an “extended” solution, DERBY EX, with X stroke of 6000 or 9000 mm. These new versions are available with ISO40, HSK63, ISO50 and HSK100 electrospindles. Derby EX is result of the experience gained by F.L.M-Tech and combined with development of projects in direct consultation with Customers. EX is not only differentiated by the extended X axis but it offers additional technical solutions that make the machine the most suitable for the intended use.

Derby universal working center therefore, among standard and optional equipment there are listed telescopic doors with automatic opening/closing mechanism and safety photocells system, double motor and rack on the X-axis in replacing the ball screw, internal cameras with additional monitor for better control of operation, additional access doors to the working area on both lateral sides, additional protective bellows. Moreover, the list is not exhaustive and F.L.M Tech with the largest flexibility can study further solutions in complying to different and changing needs of Customer.
